Return & Refund Policy

We feel sorry to know that our products failed to meet your expectations. We are trying our best to provide you with great products and amazing customer service, but we do understand that at times we may fail to meet your expectations. 

In case you would like to return a product purchased from our online shop, you may do so for a 100% refund within 7 days from purchase/delivery of the product. Having said that, please do ensure that the replacement request meets the following criteria so that the product reaches us in its original and hygienic condition and can be restocked by us.

* Products should not be opened and should be returned in an unused condition.
* The original packaging with all seals, tags and labels should be intact.
* All the spares and associated items shipped with the product should be returned (including any free items).
* Live plants are not eligible for return as they need special handling which your logistics partner may not be able to provide. In case of live plants, connect with us for refund instead of sending it back to us for replacement.

Return Process

    1. Raise a return request to within 7 days of purchase/delivery. You can also raise the return request by reaching out to our WhatsApp helpline at +91 843 153 2978.
    2. Our team will check the issue and work with you to get it resolved. if you are not happy with the resolution and still wish to return the product, you can ship the product back to us at Refunds Cell, City Greens, No. 29, 2B-01, K R Road, Banashankari Stage II, Bengaluru, 560070, Karnataka.
    3. While shipping the product back, do ensure to pack it properly and use a reliable shipping carrier. In-transit damages may make the product ineligible for return. Once we receive the products, they will undergo quality check as per the criteria laid out above. 
    4. Once quality check is approved (3-5 business days), refund will be initiated and it will reflect in your account within 6-7 business days. 
    5. If the returned products fails the quality check (missing items, broken parts, original packaging tampered with, used products, etc.), the refund request will be refused. You will be given an option to get the product shipped back to you. Shipping will be chargeable.
